Overview: 

The False Claims Act (FCA) is one of the federal government’s primary tools of healthcare enforcement.  The DOJ recovers billions in Medicare payments under FCA cases and settlements each year.  An FCA investigation can be a nightmare for providers and a major obstacle to achieving business goals.  This course will examine recent caselaw which shows key areas of concern for the federal government, as well as priority areas of enforcement.
