Overview:
This two-hour course provides business owners and the attorneys who represent them with a practical introduction to government contracting at the state and federal levels. Participants will learn how small businesses can strengthen their competitiveness through effective teaming agreements, conduct market analysis, and confidently respond to government solicitations. Designed for those with no prior experience, the course equips attendees with the foundational knowledge needed to navigate the procurement process, bid strategically, and pursue government contract opportunities successfully. Attendees will learn how to navigate the world of government contracting so as to become proficient in bidding on, and being awarded government contracts.

To familiarize business owners and attorneys representing business owners in the nuisances of obtaining government contracts on the state and federal levels. The objective of this course is to equip business owners and their attorneys with a foundational understanding of the state and federal government contracting process, including how to use teaming agreements, conduct market analysis, and effectively prepare and submit bids, enabling them to confidently pursue and obtain government contract opportunities.
