Overview:
Providers are often unfamiliar and uncomfortable with undergoing a transaction involving the sale of their business or a significant joint venture. This course aims to address key issues involved in structuring such a transaction, identifying issues that are of particular concern in due diligence, as well as familiarizing participants with the process and steps of a transaction so they can better prepare themselves and feel more at ease.
