Overview: 

HIPAA enforcement is divided up into (at least) three main branches—security, privacy and breach notification.  This course will review the overall structure of these rules, as well as their principal requirements.  The course will also introduce participants to particular challenges and areas of concern that are emerging in enforcement trends and other statistics.
