Overview: 

Attorneys Idara E. Bassey and Alyssa Johnson will host a lively and informative conversation on building a legal career that’s on your terms. Specifically, Idara and Alyssa will talk about the importance of creating your own definition of success rather than allowing others to dictate what success looks like. Idara and Alyssa will also cover the importance of honoring our creative brain and the gifts that it brings. A brief teaching on the neuroscience of productivity will be included as they talk about the brain. Finally, Idara and Alyssa will explore ways to manage the various feelings that can surface in legal work environments.
