Overview: 

Attorney Alyssa Johnson will teach a CLE on the neuroscience of productivity. In this lively and interactive CLE, Alyssa will cover the 3 parts of the brain that are greatly implicated in productivity and how they impact each other. The idea of multitasking will be discussed and Alyssa will explain how the brain cannot multitask but instead needs to focus on one task at a time to produce the best work product. Practical tools to address overwhelm will be provided and strategies for overcoming procrastination will be shared. This CLE includes timed work portions to implement the tools that Alyssa teaches.
